i currently ship to Canada and the USA.

every piece in this collection is handcrafted solely by me. because I weave each item individually upon request, please allow 3-5 business days for your jewelry to be created before it is dispatched. you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

returns & exchanges

I want you to love your jewelry. if you are not satisfied, the limit for a refund, exchange, or return is 15 days after receipt.

• eligibility: to be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
• process: before sending any product back, please submit a contact form to initiate the process.
• partial refunds: please be aware that a full refund may not be possible for custom-sized commissions or items that return with signs of wear, damage, or missing components. in these instances, a partial credit may be issued at my discretion.

refund process

once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• approval: if approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
• shipping costs: you are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returns. shipping costs are non-refundable; if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total.
